Biology: The Boogle is a medium-sized quadrepedal creature with some resemblance to the classical idea of a "Bugbear". Aside from their physical capabilites, Boogle has the ability to travel through dark areas in a compacted, spiritual form that most mundane entities are unable to see.

Physical objects ate by Boogle seem to not be digested, rather being spit up at a later time. Boogle's true form of substeance appears to be in the form of fear it causes in people.

Personality: Boogle acts in behavior much like an wild and unruly, but surprisingly intelligent canine. Boogle tends to have a tendency to act in forms of violence, having a fondness for damaging large objects and chasing creatures smaller than itself, but seems to avoid causing physical harm to living things unless coerced. Mostly, Boogle's behavior seems to be geared towards causing fear in entities without causing major harm- not necesarily out of goodwill, but out of an instinct to not destroy potential food sources.
